We are a family owned bakery with four generations of baking experience.

In 1891 Thomas James Jordan came to Australia from England as a free settler. He was a builder, farmer and baker. He built his own mud brick oven on the outskirts of Coffs Harbour and set to work.

That was the beginning of four generations of Jordan bakeries across NSW...
